In view of the traditional long-shaped dyeing machine dyeing light weight chemical fiber, small load and large liquor ratio, low efficiency and high energy consumption, we have innovatively designed the fabric chamber and fabric guide tubes. 300kg/tube and a low liquor ratio 1:5 at full load.

1.    The dyeing machine designed by a “three-stage” fabric chamber, the front chamber has a small tilting design to prevent the fabric from accumulating at the bottom, ensuring smooth running.
2.    The middle chamber is horizontal design, the fabric can be fully soaked in the dyeing liquid to prevent excessive extrusion of the fabric and ensure the dyeing quality.
3.    The rear chamber has a large tilting design, the fabric can move forward and accumulate quickly by its own gravity.
4.    The elliptical fabric guide tube design prevents the fabric rotating and let the fabric to stretch fully.
5.    The updated dyeing liquid system ensures uniform temperature distribution and better dyeing quality.
