Main features:

1.    The winder has a two-sided arrangement and is provided with two separate hank yarn reels that are driven by the main motor, and the main frame box has main electric control facilities. Each hank yarn reel has 6 stay rods, each of which is 2.93m long and can accommodate 12-17 hank yarns, and the winding perimeter range: 1,370-1,800mm.Structural design is very durable, can ensure constant yarn length during the long-term use, and perimeter error between hand yarn is less than 1mm.

2.    Winding reel is driven by independent AC motor frequency converter, electronic yarn guide is completed by imported servo motor synchronous belt system, and 2 sets of multifunctional PLC computer management systems are provided to carry out programmatic control of winding reel and electronic yarn guide.

3.    The opening and closing of hank yarn reel are completed by the electric screw drive push rod, and the worker can carry out automatic operation. The side door of hank yarn reel can be freely opened and closed by 90o so that the hank yarn can be unloaded.

4.    Raw material yarn is provided with independent supply yarn creel, aeroassisted threading is used for threading of each hank yarn path on the creel, which is quick and easy, and automatic stop sensor is provided for single spindle yarn breakage.

5.    The winder is equipped with safety protection device, whose power will be cut off during the operation if side door is opened or any person is at the dangerous zone.

6.    When it is used for elastic yarn and modified continuous filament, heavy hank yarn real system may be selected. The hank yarn reel has a high strength and can withstand great pressure of elastic yarns.
