The dryer suitable for the hydro-extraction of cylindrical yarn packages after bleaching and dyeing.

STANDARD CONFIGURATION:

Machine is equipped with 2 x hydro-extraction baskets, 4 x rotating package carriers, and a working table board for loading/unloading for 2 x carriers.

OPERATION:

While 2 carriers are inside the baskets for hydro-extraction, 2 carriers are positioned in the work table for unloading/loading while waiting for the next cycle. After the cycle is done, the carriers will be lifted and rotated putting the newly-loaded baskets inside the baskets and the carrier with hydro-extracted packages in the work table for unloading/loading.
