1. Control cabinet: There are PLC program control system, automatic hydraulic pressure station electromagnetism valve, electrical machinery and reduction device. The whole mercerizing process is under its supervision, personal factor and outside influence on the product quality can be avoided.

2. Hydraulic pressure system: Including hydraulic station, oil vat, elevator platform control, reversing and butterfly valve.

3. Operation trunk: Made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti material, the oil vat will affect the rubber strip to have the compressed door seal up to keep alkali lay inside.

4. Elevator platform and axle: Made of steel plate and circular steel of high quality.
